Observation Station
Oceantech has constructed and installed various observation stations (tide level observation station, seawater movement observation station, Ocean Research Station etc.)
which are run by Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency(KHOA) and carried out business and maintenance service for several years with highly trained technical professionals.
In addition, we've constructed and installed observation stations such as Long Wave Monitoring Station,
light beacon observing system and Wave meter and consistently conducted maintenance check-up for observation stations.
Projects
Tide Level Observation Station: Collect data and materials on tide level and marine weather of major harbors and coasts
Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency(KHOA) has operated the tide level observation station to investigate sea level change of major harbors and coasts,
look for predictive information and determine datum level of major harbors and coasts in Korea.
Oceantech have carried out business and installed observation
system in the observation station to investigate tide level, weather (such as temperature, atmospheric pressure,
wind direction and speed) and ocean (water temperature, salinity).

HF Radar
Ocean surface current observation device sends high-frequency radar on the sea from the antenna on the land and analyzes signal that reflected off from surface and
returned to explore ocean surface current.
It utilizes ocean surface current observation device and check out on a near-realtime.
As Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency(KHOA) has operated ocean surface current observation station, it accumulates accurate observation data consistently for
monitoring in case of oil outflow event.
Oceantech has installed and maintained ocean surface current observation stations and expanded its scale.
Ocean Observation Station
Since Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency(KHOA) has operated Ocean Observation Station, it's located in the outer reaches of Korea and there're
three stations operating in Ieodo, Gageodo (Sinan), Socheongcho (Woongjin). Ocean observation Station is an integrated ocean observation institute where
uses high-tech observation devices such as real-time imagery transmission system and observation devices for ocean (wave height, tide level, water temperature,
salinity etc.) and weather (temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind direction and speed etc.).
Oceantech has provided observation devices required for the ocean observation stations and maintenance service for several years to do our best to
keep up with safe operation of Ocean Observation Station.
Long Wave Monitoring Station
Long Wave Monitoring Station aims to forecast, monitor weather of coastal area and observe long wave and has been installed and run by Korea Meteorological
Institute(the Meteorological Administration) over the coast in Korea.
The ocean and weather observation system(for wind direction and speed, atmospheric pressure)
has been installed and moreover, Oceantech has ceaselessly constructed and installed Long Wave Monitoring Station and contributed toward coastal observation and disaster prevention in Korea.
Marine Aids to Navigation Station
The purpose of Marine Aids to Navigation Station is to install wave height & weather observation devices in the light beacon in uninhabited island around littoral sea
and collect observation data for safe vessel navigation, weather forecast and real-time weather monitoring.
Oceantech has carried out various business including observation device system installment to monitor weather (wind direction and speed, temperature, atmospheric pressure)
and ocean (wave height) and offered maintenance service.
Micro Wave Doppler Radar Station
Micro Wave Radar is a device that transmits and receive micro waves and calculate wave spectrum and is installed at altitude of 20-100m from sea level in coastal area
where successfully identified ocean observing tower and depth of water to investigate and observe wave height remotely.
Moreover, it utilizes radar in exclusive research ship and investigates waves in real time. Oceantech has offered reliable quality maintenance service based on experience of
observation station installation in the insular areas of Korea and devoted ourselves to micro wave radar observation in Korea.
